Went to leigh walkin with my little and was fobbed off after they checked him over in triage as not needing to be seen by them. They told me to go A&E if concerned. how many hours if complaint is a cough? I expressed my concern and was told its governments fault. So, with not much hope i went to gp first thing this morning. The receptionist was lovely and efficient. I was seen and little un has a ruptured ear drum and a very nasty tonsil infection. The prescriber was amazing with him. Never answer the phone I’m on call 61 now and nothing. Doctor who saw my partner didn’t even check him over, just throw tablets at him and sent him on his way. He is still unwell so they did nothing. Worse doctors I have ever been too !!
Rang on Monday morning for blood test results and left message on answer phone, again on Wednesday. No reply so called at surgery. Told they don't listen to answer phone messages
Doctors there are great. However, I wish they had some sort of 'hold' line because pressing 'ring' over and over gets tiring after 10 minutes. Aside from that, the reception staff are great too, went the extra mile for me when I needed my inhaler on the same day.
Spent over an hour trying get through on phone always engaged if you go down all appointments are gone an told to phone next morning to arrange one then it's the same scenario like ground hog day
If you want a proper doctor please don't bother with this place, it is a shambles. It doesn't deserve the one star but I had to give it to leave a review.
Better chance of winning lottery than seeing a doctor
Sat waiting for an appointment today. Just asked the receptionist for a glass if water and was refused one. Shocking
