Horrible GP surgery. Ladies that sat in their customer service has zero manners and cut the phone down . very obstructive in prescribing the routine medications as repeat even for the diabetic patients . No help when you try to reach the GP over the phone ,even if you request for the telephone consultation , it doesn't happens . My Diabetic meds got recently recently changed and GP did not put it on the repeat when i called the customer care team they could simply flag it up it might be a mistake , instead I have been advised to make an appointment just to inform the GP to put that medication down as repeat !!!!!! The staff were sooo rude over the phone! its the most horrible GP practice I have come across interms of the management of their front-line staff and medication management . Very obstructive and doesn't care for patients health and safety. These practice should get notified by CQC.
