Interior is nice, staff is attentive but after one bite in the fish and chips, I just stood up and left. It was the worst Ive had in my life. Sad.
Beautiful pizzas, even better staff. Sean barman is the happiest and friendliest person I’ve ever met. He made our night amazing and offered such incredible service. Highly recommend just to be served a pint by Sean!
I have been to this pub 3 times and the first 2 times were superb! However, on my third visit, I found all the staff except one to be quite rude. I tried to go in through one entrance but I was told rudely to go to the other entrance. When I went to the right entrance, I was asked if I have any drink on me I would think if I was going to a pub to get drink then I probably wouldn't but who knows in this world. Obviously I didn't. Then, when I went to the bar, the fella beside me asked for a pint of water, the bartender then pointed at me and asked 'what do you want?' I said 'can I have a vodka and coke' to which he corrected me to 'can I have a vodka and coke PLEASE.' I swear I have manners it's just that the place was packed with music too so I had to shout and ask as quickly as possible. He also didn't correct the fella beside me. Anyway, I didn't like the way he made me feel so I moved to a different part of the pub and got served by a lovely lady. I paid over €7 just for a man to make me feel very small and worthless. Worse things can happen but I won't be back sadly. Shame because it is a lovely pub. Enjoy.
Dublin has certainly lots of pubs. Doyle's seems to be one of the best. Hard to find a table on a thursday evening... Great beer, good food to help drinking even more beer. I recommend the cod and chips and also the chicken curry. You do not have to wait a minute they take your order, friendly nice atmosphere and personnel.
Great bar. Bit of boxing broke out but it was quickly stopped by a great team of bouncers. The bar man leapt over the bar and quenched it very lively. It was impressive
Amazing had a few guinness and staff amazingly friendly! Always making sure we got a drink. Couldn't ask for more :
Was told to go to this bar over 15 years ago and found it amazing then. Have just returned for the first time since then and had to cone back, and it remains the same. Great bar, great staff, great Guinness, great experience
Cosy and it's comfortable and most importantly fun. Decent pint!
Grand studenty pub. Staff are sound enough. Pints are fine. Stay open late and friendlier than Bowes next door, found a pint glass full of puke on a table once so -1 star for that but sure look. Hardly their fault I would suppose. Give it a go in anyways
Nice pub for a few pints when you are in town for the evening, didn't have any food, staff friendly enough
