Great customer service in Frome. Van was easy to drive and easy to return with its seamless key fob system after-hours. Highly recommend
I borrowed their Aygo for £35 a day, which was super reasonably priced. The customer service was great in answering any questions I had. Only thing of note is in my initial call to book the car they forgot to inform me of the £200 refundable deposit. When my car was returned within 48 hours this deposit was refunded to me 10/10, car was great to drive and returning it was super easy
Mark and his team were absolutely great to deal with from start to finish. Hiring from GO SELF DRIVE in Frome where my family live, rather than from Bristol airport where I arrived with an airport Big Name rental firm saved me nearly 50% off the airport rental prices and worked out a lot more conveniently for me in the end anyhow. The vehicle I took did over 60 miles per gallon unleaded fuel which was really impressive when you are doing a lot of miles from the West Country up to Liverpool, then Leeds, then North Yorks. and back to Frome, all within a matter of days. The car was spotless and in great shape. Completion of all the paperwork was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend GSD and will certainly use their services again. Well done, guys!

Excellent service and would use this company again for car hire. The pick up and drop off was super easy, the staff were friendly, and the whole process felt convenient. Their out of hours drop-off meant we could drop the car back on our own time instead of needing to head out early AM on the last day, which was appreciated. I'd recommend these folks.
Fantastic service, great car and very reasonably priced, especially this summer when car hire prices elsewhere seem very high. Pick up and drop off was very straightforward and staff were really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
