Quite rude answering service. Here's a quick rundown on how the conversation went: "Hiya mate, I booked a taxi about half an hour ago - (interrupted) Actually you booked it 15 minutes ago so we're actually still on our way" --- "OK, how long is the taxi going to be? - Well you only booked it 15 minutes ago so it's going to be another 12 minutes" - If you want to be spoken to like an adult then I suggest find another taxi service. The only reason I'm rating 2 stars is because the driver was alright. Here's a tip in customer communications, don't correct the customer and don't be so snappy. I wasn't calling to complain about how long it was taking, I was hoping to see how long I had to wait in the freezing cold.

Was in Southampton with the family and used Door 2 Door and they were great. On time, polite drivers and clean cars. No issues and will use again when I am back down their.

Very unreliable. Used them for 3 weeks so far twice daily for a group travelling and almost every day been late or need chased up to dispatch cars. Rarely get the group within 20 minutes of booked times and often over 30 mins late. Drivers tend to usually be nice and polite though.

I’ve had to use this company for the last two weeks, going back and forth to work, 4 times they’ve never showed up and when they do show up the earliest was 25 min late. I’ve complained to them many times and their office lie. They say the driver has been but you were a no show. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Especially if you need to get somewhere on time. One of the cars I got in also the steering wheel of the car was not on properly and was vibrating a lot on the motorway.
