I called on a Sunday to hire cars everyday for a week of business and pleasure in Winchester, Southampton and Hursley. Very high quality clean cars, always on time (usually early, actually, which I appreciated). Very professional drivers, and I met at least 5 of them. Fair prices. Very organized especially since my schedule would be different daily. Took me to Stonehenge also, and offered welcome interesting info along the way. Very flexible and reasonable. They really made sure I had worry-free transportation. I totally recommend Wessex.

Left us stranded at midnight and then charged us £55 for a ten minute journey! Ran a wedding shuttle. Despite being told numerous times to return to the venue to collect guests we were left stranded late at night. When we rang to find out where the shuttle was, we had to wait a further 45 minutes in the rain, and were then charged the extortionate price of £55 for a journey that was all of a few miles (despite the fact the shuttle had already been prepaid). Really disappointing.
