I was wary when booking with this firm due to the other reviews that have been left but I was pleasantly surprised. The driver who arrived was a friendly and the fair was lower than Radio Taxi charge to do the same trip from Southampton. Very impressed, I will use them again.

1 stars generous!!! They turned up late and office was shut so phones not manned or diverted - we had no idea if they would turn up. Luckily the did, eventually. Driver was grumpy and Couldn’t find a route. Didn’t listen to us even though we knew route we wanted to take. My friend and I felt vulnerable in taxi . Will never use again. Simply Awful

Would give this taxi firm minus stars if I could. I have never experienced such a rude and obnoxious individual on the phone. Does not deserve to be in a business speaking to customers like that. Fortunately there are plenty of other good taxi firms in Romsey and surrounding areas. Based on my experience I strongly recommend people don't even consider this taxi firm as a 'last resort' if no other taxis are available. Walk home, crawl home, or just cancel your plans altogether.

Not impressed. After 20 mins of me and my gf standing out in the rain I called to find out where our taxi was only to be told the driver couldn't see us so drove off. After explaining we were outside where we said and on time I was laughed at and made out to be a liar and told another taxi would be a 50 min wait. Abbey cars had my contact details so why not phone me if the driver is having troubles ? If you need a friendly, fast taxi service phone Door 2 door.

I ordered a taxi - clearly stated that my train might be delayed (as most trains are really) and surely enough - my train was delayed. By 5 minutes. So I tried phoning to tell the guy that my train was delayed, could he please wait for me (even though it was by 5 minutes) and there was no answer. I got out of the station to find nobody there. It was 11 o'clock at night and I am a young girl. It was not fun waiting around to try find another lift all by myself...honestly so unimpressed.
