Used for first time today... booked taxi first thing in the morning for son's hospital appt later that afternoon. Received confirmation of booking, all was good. An hour before it was due I received a text to say it had nefncancelled by the company due to not being able to allocate a driver... very p***ed off, major inconvenience now trying to get another taxi organised in time. Tried calling them... line appears to be disconnected... grrr. Will not be using this service ever again.

Used Ringwood Taxi's on numerous occasions when in the area for work. Probably had around 50 trips over 12 months or so, and despite some horrible traffic and weather they were never late. Mark always turned up with a smile and jumped out to help with bags. Very professional (something difficult to say about many taxi co's), chatty, courteous and importantly a safe driver. 10/10, A*, 5 stars etc... I would certainly recommend, and will (if back in the New Forrest) use Ringwood Taxi's for future taxi trips if required!

Would definitely recommend Ringwood Taxis! Arrived promptly and offered me assistance getting my bags into the car. Friendly and chatty throughout the journey. Couldn't fault it! :)
