Absolute dog dirt! The pizzas hardly had any toppings on and they got the order wrong. The staff weren't polite on collection either. It's not rocket science. Just have a little bit of pride in what you do or you'll go out of business. Never seen so many poor reviews for a Dommino's Pizza before and they're all justified as this Domino's is absolutely rubbish.
The only thing that could be improved on is more toppings, other than adding this as extras, then it would be 5 , 1 piece had no toppings on at all unfortunately. Overall though we generally have pizza once a week from our local domino's and it's good .
The staff really take pride in the quality of their product, made from scratch but you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear: avoid the highly processed meat and delivered as quickly as possible. If you live a distance away from Ross on Wye please consider tipping; as the staff only get paid £1 per delivery, 50p to a pound would be greatly appreciated. When they are not delivering they are washing everything by hand because the management are too stingey to get a dish washer. Prison levels of washing up. Don't work here, it's terrible. If you have a special request like well done or not so well done then speak to them in person as there is no provision for this on the app! The staff are great. I promise you they will bend over backwards to please!
I've had domino's pizza from all-around the country and always loved it. Domino's in Ross is my local one but it's always disappointing. Hardly any cheese or toppings on it. The stretchy cheese in the advert is a definite no no.. I don't bother with my local one now and always go to the original pan pizza a few doors up the road.

Great Domino's branch. Rang up and ordered as we were camping at the rowing club so didn't have an address, they were happy to still deliver. Ordered £50 worth, there or there abouts, of pizza and it turned up within half an hour. The driver went above and beyond the call of duty parking his car up outside the club, and coming by foot across the campsite to the farthest end, to our exact tent. I'd said i didn't mind coming to meet him, but he did it without being asked. Now the meat of the matter - the food. It was all piping hot, absolutely delicious, and great value for money. I have used some questionable domino's in the past but this one was great!
Won't accept cash. So i refused to buy from you. Surely you can't keep refusing people's money. I won't use you again. I wouldn't turn a customer away in my shop. Teaches me a lesson always use local don't use a big franchise. Glad you are so sure of getting customers but people will get fed up with it
You'll find that the quality of the pizzas vary from Domino's to Domino's. This is one of the better ones, for sure. The guys here occasionally throw on some extras if you're making a big order. *Tip* If you think it's expensive, Two for Tuesdays is a thing, and it's Buy One Get One Free if you order it online before you get there.
Everything time we go there's always something wrong ..... I give u chance after chance! Ur lucky ur even getting one star !! This time I got the festive one and there was no turkey
