Always good service, good food Parking: Usually plenty of parking, mobility parking Right in front of door. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessible for wheelchair.
Checked in advance and planned our journey and meal around their opening times. Website says open till 10pm yet turned away at 9pm as closing up - shame I had to give 1 star as deserves zero!!!!!
For a vegetarian it's one of the last places I would go. BUT. the service was great the coffee was above expectations and the fries were tasty and plentiful . I would not hesitate to go back. Well done Burger star.
The burgers here are fab. Great choice of sauces, capers, jalapeños that you can put on yourself. It is more expensive than your regular burger chains but do much better. The staff are friendly and helpful. Seating area is clean but a little dated.
As always all freshly cooked, lots of salad and a great selection of sauces. Good range of sides and unlike other burger outlets, their Burgers actually look like the ones in the pictures!
Haven't been in for a while, but decided to getaa takeaway when visiting family in Ross. Burger Star has since rebranded to 'Burger Master', with new additions to the menu and some subtle modernisation to the restaurant. Despite the name change, the good thing is that none of the retro magic has been lost, and the staff were really friendly and helpful on our visit. I had the Giant Star with cheese and bacon, which was genuinely one of the nicest burgers I've eaten for a long time; the fries were also lovely and crisp, with a wonderful fresh flavour. Overall, great food, sensible prices and a lot of charm! Won't be long before we visit again, that's for sure.
Poor. Food came home short a portion of fries, the burger which was requested with no salad came with salad and the Fanta machine has obviously run of of syrup or isn't working properly as it was just soda water with a vague orange flavour. Not great and we decided to eat with a local business instead of your competitors. Definitely not up to the standards that old Burger Star used to maintain
The premises could do with an update, no doubt. But the food was prompt, and the staff are helpful and polite. For a small chain, it's blows the competition from across the pond out of the water with the size of the potions.
Dirty, run down and very poor overall. For the price of the burgers I would expect at least a clean toilet, desperately in need of modernization and a few smiles wouldn't go a miss. I won't be returning until I see improvements.
A different & better tasting burger bar from the usual, a small chain. Well worth trying their burgers and chicken nuggets. All cooked fresh so allow a few minutes. Toilet upstairs but Spoons near by have a disabled one.
