I haven’t been back since my order was delivered to the wrong address and they tried to keep my money, thankfully my camera caught one of their staff walking up to my front door without delivering so they definitely knew where to take the order and chose not to. I had to put a complaint into Dominos head office to get my money back and ever since I’ve had their drivers creeping around my house. Unfortunately, my nearest pizza takeaway is the worst in the area, the management are incompetent, the staff are predatory and use deliveries as cover for stalking. Sooner or later people will realise it’s run and staffed by a bunch of wronguns and take their custom elsewhere.

Always found this to be one of the better domino's I've ordered from. However, with my latest order... they got my order wrong, not once but twice! Called after receiving my first pizza, explained that a topping was missing and the extra dips that were ordered. Was expecting just a partial refund for a topping and a few dips but instead they said they would send another pizza out. Waited nearly another hour whilst my partner polished off his whole pizza. Open the box to my second pizza and its EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST THEY SENT, WRONG! Couldn't be bothered to wait nearly another hour for the same to possibly happen again so I just ate what we had. Very disappointed.

Ordered dominos from Hampton to go to milestone the app changed the address but delivery notes were changed, the driver was pissy, I rang the store spoke to arnu the store manager who told me they would have it redirected to me I told him the food would be cold by the time it got here she said there's nothing they will do, food was cold

Wrong order received, so apparently a fresh new order would be sent out but our new order turned up 7 min later so obviously our order was sat there it turned up not newly cooked but cold and dryFood: 1/5

So I paid for a two large pizza deal and deliver 1 large one small... And paid 29.99...... called them... The kid on the counter didn't have a clue and his manager even less. Kept speaking over me and refused to take the small and deliver the actual food id ordered ... Awful service... Ohh and the fries were coldFood: 1/5

Booked for a collection as we were in the area shopping and they don't deliver to our address.  We semi regularly have a pizza from either here or huntingdon. Picked up our order here today which consisted of 2 large pizzas.  First one was fine. Second one was the wrong order and was burnt. I live 15 minutes away from the store so phoned them to complain. I was told by the man on the phone there was nothing they can do as I didn't live in the delivery vicinity.  No customer service skills. Will not return to this franchise.
