Good for a cheap takeaway. Chips were well cooked not too greasy, bit crispy in places and cooked through properly. Burger was what you expect from this type of takeout not great quality but a decent cheap burger.
Went in this place in the 8th of November , ordered a large Donor and chips , saw the manageress filling up a yellow plastic box with the Donor meat . I asked if it came with pitta bread and salad , got the rudest look and attitude so that cost me £7.45 I said I wanted it with salad and pitta bread well thought I was a naughty school boy she un wrapped it and opened a uncooked pitta bread stick the meat in and the smallest salad and virtually chucked at at me , oh after having to pay another £1.50 Sisgraceful service and after all that worst coldest Kebab I had ever eaten , sorry guys for this but terrible service bad kebab what more can I do , the manageress certainly needs some training and your donors certainly need to improve very poor won’t be returning any time soon , your shop looks very impressive shame
Ordered dinner wrap with salad, donner meat chips and salad and cheesy chips - wrap arrived without salad and the cheesy chips without cheese - when I called to complain was told they would bring some cheesy chip and check the cctv to see if salad was put on the wrap. Asked to speak to the manager - no manager there tonight - asked to speak to who is in charge - no one in charge - I feel very sorry for the poor 16-18 year olds who are being exploited and need to deal with these situations - will never order again !!!! 8 days later and the refund the owner promised to arrange with Uber eats hadn’t arrived - after putting a call in was told they would bring the refund at 9pm - arrived at 10pm with the refund - no apology and in fact it was the owner who I was told is overseas I know this as a former employee underage was in my house to verify his identity - I don’t think I have ever been as angry at a company’s customer service - I understand mistakes happen and if dealt with properly as they usually are by businesses it’s no problem - but to argue with a customer and lie to the is unacceptable - have already reported to the GLAA and won’t stop here as I am so upset - all I expected was for them to bring me chips with cheese on, the missing salad from my wrap and a simple “sorry”

Really disappointed. Used just eat to order. Had a call from bjs to say they didn’t have the naan so would we like wraps. We accepted. The food that arrived was not ours, and our food was just missing! we tried to call the restaurant. No answer, phone just kept saying busy. Rang the mobile number who had rang us. No answer. Just eat, email only contact. So 24 hours later still no refund Will never use again!!
Stood in a queue at the front door while the staff were running around fulfilling delivery orders and deliberately doing their very best to ignore all the waiting customers wanting to place an order. I just gave up and left.
Was very shocked at the service I received today 19/10/22. Went to order food and the response from the young lady behind the counter was appalling. Manners don't cost anything. I left the shop without ordering any food and told them that I thought her mannerisms were shocking
The cooking is great, applause to the chef I especially enjoy the chips and the chicken.

food is always good from BJs but there delivery system is shocking. ordered at 1710 with a 60 minute delivery window, their tracking app showed the food was being cooked at 1725 so waiting patiently for the app to say my food was on the way at 1810 and the 60 minutes up I was expecting my food. 1820 I called them to be told they were busy and my food was next out, I asked if my food was going to be cold or over cooked as it was now 1 hour it had been cooking according to their tracker. Food eventually turned up at 1850 that is really not good enough for a fast food takeaway, Also had to rush eating the food as it was just on the warm side, delivery driver turned up with it sitting in the boot and not in an insulated bag. love their food but not sure I would order again.
