If I could give no stars then I would. I ordered food at 8pm. Told it would be delivered at 8.55pm. By 9.15 it hadnt shown up. Rang the Kebab shop, he said it would be 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, again, nothing. Rang him and again told 10-15 minutes. Again after 20 minutes, nothing, so rang again and he told me it would be a few minutes. 10-15 minutes later, the food arrived, cold and the wrong food. Driver also tried to charge me more. Called the Kebab shop. Didnt believe me. I ordered an XL Chicken Shish (photo attached) he then told me he would come himself to see. Ended up contacting Just Eat as thats who we ordered from and the Kebab shop assured Just Eat that they were sending someone out right away to refund in cash and would be there within 10 minutes. Nobody turned up. and the Kebab Shop closed. No refund. No dinner. Late to bed. Waste of time and money. If the manager sees this, then he can see the photo attached and see it is not a Chicken Shish.

Poor very poor I have given this place enough chances. The food is awesome when it’s right which is not often. And as for my order tonight well gave them a last chance. And blew it sadly. I ordered my food to get a email saying I had got a full refund. To then phone to find out they have had a refurb and only just opened. But tried to ring yet the phone never rang surprise surprise. But if I order again I can wait another hour for my food even though I have waited an hour already. So I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back but I can order again yeah right what a joke this place has become. Sad really as food was always spot on at the start. But sadly orders always wrong or don’t get food such a shame. Won’t be using them ever again. 😒😒😒

Food never turned up and coincidently they would not pick up the phone it just rang and rang. Absolutely disgusting service from a once loyal customer, will not be ordering again and if they remain uncontactable I will be going down the relevant avenues to get a refund!
