We ordered 2 10” munch boxes and 2 12” pizzas. The chips was stale and soggy, the donner was undercooked and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly and it wasn’t chewable. The pizzas was average. So I rang up to complain and they didn’t pick up the phone, so after several attempts of ringing the guy picks up and argues with me about the food being fresh when clearly it was cold. The delivery driver came the second time with the fresh food and he wasn’t walking straight, he seemed to be intoxicated the way he was mumbling and he was about to take the fresh food with him instead of the cold food. Normally I never have a problem with this takeaway but tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered and I would not recommend going there again.

As a family we ordered from this takeaway and it was a terrable experience and would not recommend it to anyone my chips were slightly stail my chicken tika was raw and donner was very cold and hard when we tried to contact the restaurant the front man didnt answer the phone after 4 times of trying he finally answered and started to argue saying all the food was fresh when the delivery driver came the second timebought fresh food he was about to drop it all he sounded intoxicated the delivery driver did not shut my gate i wouldnt even rate this service an food 1 star but i have to because i want to post the comment

I like this place always polite and quick. Range of fast foods which are very tasty. Owner just spent money on doing the place up and looks all modern with new menu. Prices very good

I've visited Hassan's grill tonight This place is very good great food all fresh didn't wait long at all for it to be cooked watched it being made the staff are very helpful and friendly the selection of food is very good we amazing I will definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone 5*****
