I'm deeply disheartened by my recent experience at this Domino's location. Despite their claim to prioritize quality, I received Tandoori Chicken pieces in my veggie supreme order. The excuse offered, that it was unintentional mixing due to shared toppings, feels like a betrayal. As someone with strong religious sentiments against consuming flesh, this incident has left me feeling helpless and betrayed. It's not about the money; it's about the violation of trust from a global brand that promises quality. This experience has shaken my confidence in my go-to food chain, and I share this to caution others about what they may be served, particularly at this specific store. Vegetarian options: There is no point calling it vegetarian when you mix chicken pieces in the toppings.
Smooth and timely response. Place was quiet and calm. Staff service was good and although it's my first time tasting UK pizza, it was great. There was a 2 for 1 promoFood: 4/5
Order took over an hour to arrive when it did the food was luke warm. I rang this branch up to ask where the order was after about 50 minutes of waiting to be told its literally at my door, but I waited at least another 15 minutes for it to arrive. Never had an issue before, but due to the poor customer service and how much it costs,definitely won't be using this branch again
Disgusting experience with the Mutley Plain Domino's store. I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza's and received 2 large pepperoni smoothies. The pizza base was soggy and dripping of grease, completely inedible. The pizza box was soggy due to the grease that was loose in the box. One pizza looks like it was ripped apart and the other didn't have any slices cut at all. I called up to explain to situation, to only be met with rudeness and told that I can bring the pizza in to the store, but I won't be receiving a replacement since 'its a pepperoni pizza, they're meant to be greasy.' An appalling and disappointing show of responsibility for Team Domino's. If this is the new domino's standard for pizza, then I suggest trying legitimately any other pizza joint. This store is a scam.
As a lone female. I went to the store after getting a taxi because they said online it was open till 3 am. I thought I would be able to go in and get something safely. When I went to go in the doors were locked. I knocked and a member of staff ignored me. The manager who I asked to speak to then told me that I was not welcome, and they no longer accept people coming in. I am quite a nervous person and just wanted a pizza. When I challenged and the opening hours of the white male, who was leading the attack, started to joke and mock me. It was very upsetting, and I did not know what to do
I had a killer hangover today, so I went on to the Dominos app and used the 'any pizza for £9.99' deal. I ordered a large texas bbq pizza with a garlic & herb dip. The pizza was hot and tasted good, and my bottle of Fanta arrived cold which I was happy about- especially given the circumstances. The driver older gentleman, was really nice as well. Thank you!
Absolutely appalling!!! I was going to leave a bad review after my last order, but decided to give them another chance. Wish i hadn't!! Ordered the new veggie pesto with double decadence base and this is how it came... Just slop!! Not the first time pizza from here has arrived in a state either! Would definitely not advise ordering from here!
Made an order the other day for 1 pizza and some sides to be delivered. Took well over an hour to arrive. I called in to see what's going on and got told the pizza was made wrong was a standard from the menu and that was topped off with a vague apology. Not only that, when it arrived it was room temperature and there was no sort of actual apology gift like there used to be. What are you doing dominoes? It seems to be this store just cant get it right. I will never be placing an order with you guys again because it's just a waste of my time and money.
There was a Roach in the pizza box, I have never felt sicker in my life
I keep ringing domino's accidently as its the first one that comes up when you search for papa john's. Domino's are not the issue, in fact they're soooo sound. They shouldn't even be affiliated with Papa John's!Food: 5/5
