Awful. Duck was weird - there was just something off about it, very dry as well. Spring rolls were horrible, they’re vegetable spring rolls but they just don’t taste nice which I know can taste nice. Egg fried rice had way too much soy sauce, it was all I could taste. Save your money, it’s not worth it. The only good thing was the delivery and that’s all.

We ordered a meal for valentines night. When it arrived my wife’s duck with plum sauce was a joke. The plastic container was 90% filled with lettuce and it had about 10 small pieces of duck on it. £7.50? The sauce itself, considering it was plum, was like yellow water. I decided to phone & speak to the manager. I was told “too busy to talk”. Not letting it drop I called today 15th Feb and spoke to the manager. She was very defensive so I decided to drive to the take away shop. On arrival, after waiting for her to finish her call, she was again extremely dismissive. “We need to pay staff..we never have bad reviews not true nothing I can do”. I even left the uneaten meal with them before leaving. Bottom line appalling customer service & food value. Avoid.
Ordered for valentines day, ordered duck and recieved watery sauce, just the fat of a duck and mostly lettuce. Called to complain and was hit with rude customer service, stated they were happy for me to do write a bad review. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Will never use them again.
Food. Dry and poor. Lukewarm at best. £50 for empty bellies and over an hour and a half wait. Not what I expected at all!!!!! Don't waste your time or money. Much better places to eat for sureFood: 1/5
There food was absolutely terrible, a bowl of lettuce with a couple of pieces of fatty duck and yellow couple of spoonfuls of supposed plum sauce Disgusting ! Then I phoned to say chicken balls ok but duck meal disgusting and they were so RUDE Took the lettuce bowl and duck back to them as inedible, still totally rude! Not nice people DO NOT USE Use China Express !
Amazing amazing amazing! Plymouth's "best, full stop" ordering from this Chinese takeaway for over 5yrs but recently moved to a different address that wasn't covered, so we tried various other takeaways and nothing beats this place! We missed the food so we phoned them and they said because we're good customers would deliver. Very accommodating, friendly and absolutely beautiful food!
SHOCKING Order £50 worth of food, supposedly out for delivery at 8:30. After waiting an hour we phone the restaurant only to be told the driver has returned and delivered the food. Checked the order and definitely has our address. So someone else gets a free dinner and we go hungry and out of pocket. Restaurant did nothing to help or rectify the issue, no refund or food. Do not use this place.
My sister ordered a delivery via JustEat, a small order with only a few different dishes. Not too difficult to get it together, given that it was 5 minutes down the road from us. 2 hours later, still no update on the food. 8:30 was the predicted delivery, and it came and went. 8:50 updated delivery time, and it came and went. At 20 past 9 she called and asked for her money back, and the woman on the phone was rude and kept saying "2 minutes ... its gone now, I can't give you your money back ... 2 minutes". The driver arrived and she had been rude to him too, telling him to hurry up. The restaurant made no attempt to apologise or offer any compensation or free food to make up for it, and the food arrived cold. We will not be using this restaurant again.
