Collected my order yesterday and the gentleman at the till was showing zero interest and after I waited a few minutes as he was looking at me but he was literally ignoring me, eventually he served my order but in this time I have noticed that the ladies preparing the pizzas was touching the ingredients with no gloves, the tables were quite dirty as well. This is not the first time when I have notice this issues with food hygiene and lack of customer service. The local authorities will be informed as definitely some rules are been broken here
I ordered a Vegi Volcano pizza through your app last night for collection, and I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. When I got home and started eating, I found three chunks of chicken in the pizza.nnThis is completely unacceptable. I specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza, and getting meat in it is a serious mistake. It’s not just a minor issue—it defeats the whole purpose of the order and could be a big problem for someone with dietary restrictions.nnI didn’t bother calling the store at the time because I didn’t want to waste more time arguing about something that should have been right in the first place. Instead, I ended up having to throw the entire pizza away.nnI expect better attention to detail and food handling standards. This experience has really put me off ordering again.
Domino’s never disappoints! The pizza was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked with generous toppings and a crispy base. Delivery was super fast and the staff were friendly and professional. You can really taste the quality and consistency every time I order. Great value for money and always my go-to place when I’m craving pizza. Highly recommend!
Their pizza’s are best in town. Other than pizzas customers service is excellent. They are very concerned about the customer experience that’s matters the most actually. Will eat again and again
