So so so inconsistent. I will sometimes order and pizza is great, hot and gets here in good time. And other times it's worse then poor.... quite frankly it can be diabolical cold pizza and shocking delivery times. And when you complain they take no accountability. Main words here are massively inconsistent. You play RUSSIAN roulette every time you order..... I can't help myself even after bad orders cos i love pizza. A year ago I'd of given 5 stars but it's rapidly getting worse.

Tried placing an order online but wouldn't go threw, so i called placed my order, the driver made me walk half way down the street to collect my pizza, i walked back home opened my pizzas to find the order was completly wrong. Tried callin no one picked up then it was closed will not be returning to this store.

These pizzas are so so bad for you but I can't stop myself going for it every now and then. Pizza from here is always good, can usually get a BOGOF deal when collecting and delivery is usually pretty good and on time. Had a few instances where delivery was earlier than expected when using the scheduled delivery option via their app

Pizzas are ok, but staff need to use gloves when handling food for hygiene reasons!

Food is always good, however, during a week day (typically know as a slow night for fast food industries) I ordered at 21:59 and hadn't received said order for over an hour, almost to the point of ridiculousness. I'm not hating on the food or the branch, just that on previous nights, even weekends, they hadn't disappointed.
