I ordered food through Uber Eats today at 15:30, estimated to arrive between 15:55-1610. I waited for the food to arrive for more than an hour and then decided to call Dominoes for an update and they hadn’t even started working on the order. I asked for an update on how long it will take and they said another 30 minutes. They didn’t offer any compensation for it either. It was their fault as the manager on duty admitted that he forgot to accept the order on his tablet when it came through. On top of that, when the food arrived, it was cold as well. We ordered 3 pizzas and tracked on the app until it was ready to collect. Walking in I saw three boxes on the collection stand but was told it'd be another 2-3 minutes. About another 5 or 6 people came in and were told similar or took there's away. Just over 10 minutes later I was handed THE SAME BOXES that had been sat wisting for collection when we walked in. The pizzas were then not nearly as hot as when fresh, 2 were also overdone although they were generous with toppings which is the only reason I've given 3 stars for the food itself. Just disappointing when I can see the food right there for 10 minutes
the past 3times i’ve ordered from dominoes honiton road it’s been raw i had 1 raw pizza the 19th of august 3 raw piazzas on the 25th of august and 1raw pizza and raw cookies from them today ive had to cook the dominoes for my pregnant girlfriend everytime and when spoke to manager at store he was rude as hell and
I've used this domino's plenty of times before and honestly always pretty decent. But last night I don't know what happened. Fries were basically cold and still starchy and uncooked in middle. My Xmas pizza was actually OK but my wife's veggie pizza was hardly cooked, cheese not even melted! Stuck it back in our oven to finish and was tasty when cooked! But not what you expect for nearly £30. Don't like to leave a bad review, but whoever was working last night needs to be told how the oven works.
We had 5 stamps on our online order, so we were able to order a free pizza.nWe tried to add the mighty meaty to our order. This pizza wasn't available, but the system deleted our free pizza as it thought we'd ordered it, so we lost our free reward pizza
