Food is tasty but service is poor. Takes a long time to just get a burger and chips. Staff come across brain dead and the place seems really run down. It’s cheap so it’s best cheap peri peri food other than Nando’s but because the whole business is a nightmare it puts you off going again and paying extra elsewhere.

AWFUL,!!!l AWFUL!!! AWFUL!!! To complete simple single order, they take more than 30min. 5 staff was there and they don’t care about the customers as they simply busy with their tabs and phones. There were 2 teen girls in the kitchen and they touch their hair and then foods. So disgusting!!! I came back without taking my foods as I waited long time and worried about the hygiene. I’ll never ever step in to this shop again!

Can't zero star or I would. £55 on order for sub par food. Under cooked chicken and burnt chicken. Different flavours ordered as kids eating all the same hotness. When called to complain offered "free chips" what about the food I paid for? No manager so wait 2.5hrs if you want a proper answer and don't get upset that I'm telling you I cant sort the food out. Ordered lunch and solution for dinner time? Genius. Waiting on a call for the elusive manager hopefully he is more helpful.

Went in to order my food and it took them 30 minutes to make it, terrible service. The people behind the counter were so clueless and weren't even doing anything. To add to it they were also shouting at each other loudly whilst customers were listening.5 other people were waiting for their order to be taken. I have also had their food delivered and it took them 1and a half hours to deliver it. Would not recommend. What's even worse is the food is barely edible, it used to be quite nice but the quality has just gone downhill, dry and tasteless with no sauce. Absolute wreckage of a place.

Food is nice. The only thing it let's it's self down. Is the decoration of the shop. Need to have a deep clean looking dirty.
