DO NOT USE Ordered at 17:50. Waited until 18:50 for it to show as out for delivery. 20 minutes later shown as delivered. Never turned up and won't answer phone so had to drive there and demand a refund. Complete chaos there with no-one in control and half of all pizzas being just thrown in the bin. Disgusting. Domino's should remove this franchise.
Ordered 5 large pizzas, 4 out of 5 were overcooked and practically burnt, and one of them had a black hair on it. I phoned up to complain and was offered a £15 voucher as a replacement. Needless to say I didn’t accept and will never be ordering from this place again.
A while ago we stopped ordering from the Keynsham shop because it always turns up super late, cold and just generally was not very good. Tonight we decided to give it another go. Fast forward 2 hours and it’s only just turned up, box was broken and both pizzas were cold with little to no toppings on them. Nobody answering the phones either. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I honestly don’t know how you can operate as a service industry. This is beyond poor
Shame you can't leave 0 stars. Ordered hours ago, no one answers phone so no idea if pizza order has been lost or if it'll ever arrive. 2 very disappointed kids : Edit: Thanks for the suggestion, I did leave a complaint two actually, on Friday following all the Domino's online instructions. Pizza estimate was 1hr arrived after 4hrs; compliant response time is suggested as within 5 days... so expecting some practical response in November.
Ordered from here whilst dog sitting, pizza arrived cold and missing some of the order. Called them and was offered a refund, and they were very apologetic saying they don’t have any drivers and that’s why pizza was cold no explanation for missing order though Nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund I’ve rung them 3 times now and each time they say they will sort it out and refund but it’s still not in my account I’m now going to have to go in store for a refund when I’m next passing Total joke!
Waited over an hour for pizza on a Wednesday night, then rang to check what was going on and instead got offered a refund. No confirmation of a refund either instead you need to wait 5 working days and hope for the best. I just wanted my pizza really. Never ordering again and don’t recommend you either! UPDATE - 6 days later and still no refund
Ordered tonight st 7.50 for 15 min collection, arrived at shop and had to wait until.9.25 for this to be prepared as they forgot order. Arrived home to find pizza cold. no dips and a 6 scabby bits of chicken on chicken supreme. What a waste of almost 40.00. lost the will to live. Disappointed
Our family almost £60 worth of pizzas, took 90 minutes to get here when we rang after 60 mins phone was repeatedly answered then hung up on. Pizzas came stone cold one, half of the base had completely come off and just the toppings had been placed on the cardboard where it went to stick to it so it was inedible. Finally got through said they couldn’t replace the pizzas as they were “too busy” so gave a refund but still not acceptable shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Will NEVER be ordering from this domino’s again poor quality over and over again from this location while others locally are great!!!
This Domino's has seriously gone down hill. The delivery service is appalling. On two occasions I have ordered and the tracker says it has been delivered, but nothing arrived. I call the store and they say its on its way, 40 mins later still nothing arrived so call the store again. No answer for 15 mins and when I do get through they again tell me its on its way. 30 minutes later the food finally arrives and is cold. The store is clearly gaming the tracker so they can meet their stats. Domino's need to investigate store practices at the Keynsham branch. On the two occasions this happened to me I raised complaints and received free pizza vouchers, however they clearly took no action to sort out the issues with this store. Avoid Domino's Keynsham or use collection
Ordered 3 large pizzas 2 stuffed crust to collect tonight. Told 9 to 14 min wait. Finally received the pizzas after 52 min, 2 were cold and none stuffed crust. Absolute chaos in the branch with orders comming out in no particular order long after being removed as 'ready' on the computerised queue.
