Nice and clean tables, and also the food was served faster than usual

Customer service is shocking. I went in monday afternoon and the staff were all messing around or doing nothing. I had to repeat a guys order next to me in a raised voice as he asked 5 times for 4 pieces of chicken and every time she replied so 2 piece meal .. a motto we had at work when I worked in the food industry was time to lean time to clean .. Well your staff should do Time to lean time to practice customer service. Quality of food wasn't great.. did I mention other than me there was only 1 customer so it's not like they were busy .. they messed up the order for the guy I was with aswell because listen wasn't her strong point obviously
