Wonderful service and amazing food.nnOur server Jack, gave us and our children a wonderfully geeky, larger than life experience we are geeks ourselves, so it was really nice that we were met on our level and the giggles from a small boy watching from a different table made the amazing atmosphere even better.nnWe will definitely be coming back again, please never change Jack!
Been coming here for years now, it’s always been spot on. The third year running we have visited the Talbot for the festive menu.nThe food was exceptional. Three really delicious courses, enjoyed by all three of us.nThe starter of mushrooms in peppercorn sauce was fantastic!nThe staff were brilliant. Stacey served us and is the ultimate professional, super efficient, really happy and friendly. She was great.nThe guys behind the bar were also terrific. Our weird mix of payment free drink birthday voucher and a different person paying separately for the meal balance and drinks with a gift card caused no confusion whatsoever.nThanks to everyone involved. A great time had by us all!
Called in on the way home. Excellent service. Our two meals arrived piping hot, which not a lot of places can do today. Staff very friendly and helpful.
