Been a couple of times, refreshingly good menu, food is excellent quality, and reasonably priced, thoroughly recommend the crispy Beijing dumplings, or the Mongolian dishes, chips are very good, not your usual very dry Chinese takeaway types. Will be a regular as long as the standard remains, and looking forward to trying the family style bean curd, and the mussel dishes.
Absolutely dreadful, 2.5 hr wait on a small order for two. The guy who answers the phone is polite and nice and was very apologetic regarding the wait. The food was eventually delivered by a very young girl who could not have been more than 16yrs old. We do believe in supporting local businesses but can't when they are this poor at service. The food was just ok.
Top Chinese- we have had our takeaways from here for 5 years, it is always fresh and worth its wait. All tastes catered for, as we are a family of meat-eaters, vegans and gluten frees and we all love it. Highly recommended.
We chose vegetarian and fish dishes and all were fresh and full of flavour. We would definitely have another takeaway from Uncle Lee's. Please note that every dish is cooked to order which means there can be a a bit of a wait during busy times.
The food is always delicious and fresh ,the race is absolutely delicious I can tell when the oil is old I have had bad experience in other Chinese places because my stomach is very sensitive but their food never upsets my stomach. They are very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend. Incle Lee is the best!
This is our favourite Chinese in Keynsham. Sometimes you may have to wait a while if you don't plan ahead but it's absolutely worth the wait. Freshly cooked, good ingredients and not too salty like some others. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Well done Uncle Lee's! Great to have a decent local.
One of the best Chinese I've had in a very long time. Taste clean and took a proper amount of time for you to know it was cooked from scratch.
Polite friendly service excellent food. Well worth it. Not the closest Chinese take away to me but worth the extra miles. Will use again.
Devoid of any flavour The vegetable spring rolls have no vegetables in! All the main dishes we tried consisted of thin sauces, some meat and onions. Nothing else. This results in an utterly tasteless meal. I could make far better myself.
Ordered special fried rice, told me to collect in 5 minutes which seemed quick. I paid the price, was cold boiled rice with a drizzle of bbq sauce and some cheap rat meat layered on top. All for the bargain price of £6.70. Most likely someone else’s order that wasn’t collected or returned for the same reason! I called to complain only to be told that was impossible as her husband had cooked it, which I didn’t dispute, it was more when he cooked it that concerned me. She said bring it back however at that point I wasn’t hungry any more at the thought of being given another foul non Chinese dish. Sad as they are only round the corner from me. Awful, avoid at all costs.
