Fantastic independent bike shop. Incredibly service and patience as I had come a few times and asked a hole bunch of questions and several test rides. Due to medical issues I had to look for a specific bike, height and weight. The bike was adjusted to my seating preference and handle bar shaven down and height increased. They took in my old bike and provided a fantastic price on my new bike. Very impressed!!
Really good bike shop. Went there looking for a second hand bike, and came away with a really good value, serviced bike. Looked over a fair bit of South London, and this was by far the biggest and best bike shop. Would recommend.
Top class service. Needed a replacement spoke for a Fulcrum wheel. They found one, fitted it and had the wheel trued in a jiffy. Highly recommended.
Possibly the best cycle shop in London! Honest, knowledgeable and reliable repairers, you get service on the level from Edwardes. Genuine care to get your bike on the road for a fair price. Plus a few good stories on the side.
Great independent cycling shop Just had new wheels and a serious service. Very happy
Took my bike in for a quick look over at first the price was £59 then another guy said 30 which included a puncture repair and said if I need a new chain £15 extra ok fine. Picked up my bike today puncture fixed said they repaired the chain because it was jumping but if it keeps jumping it will cost £20 so the price went up £5 over 3 days. It is full of grease and oil, dirtier than when I left it with them and guess what the chain is jumping. In the end they charged me £32 for what a £2 inner tube and plenty of oil. Never again I have been ripped off !!!!!

Friendly employees and reasonable prices. I was able to get a used bike for 65 pounds works great and the employee sold me a lock with a steep discount. They easily knock off at least 10% off the price tag if you ask. Great place!
Useless bunch with expensive prices. I arrived to collect my bike at the allocated time after waiting 3 days, to find that they had not yet begun work on my bike. I agreed to come back an hour later, only to discover that instead of carrying out the original repairs I requested, they did a simple brake pad swap and charged me £45! This is the second time I've used this place and both of my experiences have been equally as bad. Avoid at all costs.
This is a fantastic independent bike shop. They allow you to test ride round the block unlike other stores like Evans who demand a passport or driving licence. They are helpful. They are flexible with pricing. I bought my son's second bike from them and as ever it was seamless and successful. Can't rate them enough.
