I would not recommend Yellow Taxi Service to anyone. First, the driver didn’t even pick us up at the designated location. Instead, he made us cross the street to meet him, which was incredibly inconvenient. But that wasn't the worst part. We were overcharged during the ride, and on top of that, we were double charged—once in the taxi and again through the app. When I reached out for compensation, all they offered was a gift card, which was nowhere near the value of what I lost. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a ride service. Uber is much more reliable. Do yourself a favor and avoid Yellow Taxi!
It's usually a very pleasant service. Once in a while you'll get someone who isn't as kind as the rest, but you never know what's going on in their lives, maybe they're just having a bad day. Regardless, I'm grateful to the men and women who drive taxis, sometimes the client isn't respectful, and I'm sure that's a day ruiner. If you're a taxi driver, I just want to say thank you! I definitely recommend this service.

Called to get a cab at the bank when my car broke down, the office didn't ask me anything except where I was and said nothing about a deposit. Got into cab and the driver starts going on about needing a deposit for pickup in a public spot? I wasn't understanding because i had no clue what was being talked about. I'm a young woman and you hear about bad things that happen while alone with drivers, I got scared and just pulled out money. This is my worst cab experience.
I Was asked to pay a deposit up front when I ordered a taxi, the driver asked me what I did to the previous driver to get my number flagged. It felt as if the driver was accusing me of not paying previous fare, this was my first time using this company and will not be using again.
Left a black carry bag in cab 834 tonite at 4:45. Would very much like this back tried to contact 2 mins out of the cab but was told the cab couldnt be contacted. Have always had wonderful service in the past
I have been using yellow since the day they started. The driver almost always helps me carry my groceries to my door. Respectful and efficient. Thank you!
I should have known not to call London Taxi. It always takes them 30mins plus to get a taxi to wherever I am in the city. Today they ended up making me late for work since they clearly don’t have enough drivers in the area. Never again.
I've used this company a few times for medical appointments and normally they are fine. Drivers are usually friendly and the cabs are mostly clean and decently maintained. However, do NOT honk at them because if they do something dumb or illegal, I just had one of their drivers road rage at me for honking at him for parking in a fire lane. I get it to unload but it wasn't the spot to do it at. It's a fire lane and stopping creates a blind spot for pedestrians. Easy solution was to pull over into the first stall instead of blocking the roadway. Even IF I am wrong to honk, that's no excuse to get of your car, hit mine twice and spit. I think that's an assault according to the law. Video being pulled and probably being sent to LPS. This driver needs the day off to chill out, I suspect it's been bad day for him. I will say dispatch was receptive to my heads up. Personally I will not use them again because I can not condone that kind of behaviour. Sorry, Yellow Taxi you have lost a customer, not a very consistent one since I only use them for medical but lost nonetheless. I hope the driver can chill out because he WILL cause you a problem if not.
