Recently modernised for the worse. I preferred the original look. The floor covering looks like a stable floor and the flowering plants range from magnificent to barely saleable. The cafe is good and the food is acceptable.

Cafeteria review Before it was changed, when breakfast items and meals were laid out for customers to see and prices were reasonable, we would frequently eat here. However, since the refit, we no longer eat here as the prices are ridiculous eg £4 plus for a small pasty or sausage roll served with a small amount of salad. Lunchtimes especially were always really busy but now, when we call in for a coffee, there are very few customers frequenting the cafe. Having said this, the counter staff are always extremely friendly and very helpful. What a pity the management are trying to go too "'up market'. After all, it is only a garden centre.

I love this place, staff are so helpful & pleasant, especially in the aquatic department. I'm new to keeping fish, but I have been given so much help & info from the guys of Maidenhead Aquatics, I would recommend them to anyone. Well done guys! The cafe is fabulous too, I can never resist the food & a cuppa.

Outside and indoor planting, garden furniture, gifts, clothing. There is a small food hall for meat, cheese and chocolate including wines and other food goods. Indoor cafe with outdoor seating. Serves hot and cold food. Afternoon teas. Toilets include disabled. Everything is on one level. Lots of parking which also has a car cleaning /valet service.

In Dobbies today lovely scones and coffee the staff were friendly and helpful, The chap on the till Paul was extra friendly. Will be going more often.
