Our friends aand bd I have used this company several times and we only have positive comments to make. The taxis always turned up at the time agreed and they offer a very reasonable price for a good service received.

Ordered a taxi a few hours in advance of when we needed it. The lady on the other end of the phone seemed to struggle finding our address. I gave her instructions and offered her the post code but she said it was fine. When the time for the taxi to pick us up came and went I received a call from the driver. I again gave instruction to him as to where we were. He said he would find us and would be with us shortly. After a couple more phone calls from me chasing to find out where they were, the taxi finally turned up over thirty minutes late! To rub salt in the wound, they were £5 more expensive than we were told over the phone plus the driver was all but blaming us for his lateness..... will never use again and certainly won't recommend them.

Always on time and rates aint bad either always use them most fridays and some weekdays

booked a taxis from asda they told me it will be 10 minutes i rang back 25 minutes later and was told they are just around the corner 20 minutes later i called a different taxis that came 10 minutes later still no djm taxi

Absolutely horse piss waste of time. Booked a taxi to the airport in the early hours and they didn't turn up or answer the phone. Left me and the kids stranded. Could not get another taxi to come to us so had to wake the neighbour and he kindly took us. The taxi decided to ring us half an hour later to tell us he was on his way. Terrible terrible terrible service. Book someone else that will actually turn up if I was you
