Used DG cars the last two days and very happy with the service. Easy to book, prompt pick up, pleasant chatty drivers and a decent drive to my locations. Taxis aren't cheap these days, but DG are more than fair and stack up well against Uber etc

App just about works, problem locating to precise address which means you have to go outside and look for taxi. No problem unless of course its raining. Courteous professional driver, very clean car, pleased to see an old Toyota still going strong Taxi in general are expensive but not today DG are more expensive than anyone else.

I had always had good experiences with DG cars but on one particular occasion the taxi I ordered never arrived but I subsequently received a text asking how my journey had been! On ringing the office, the operator on the phone did his best to get a car to me as a priority (through the snowy weather) and that car did arrive, although the driver wasn’t particularly friendly. I appreciate their efforts in these difficult conditions but drivers still need to maintain a level of friendliness and professionalism which I felt was severely lacking on this occasion.

Very pleased with the service this morning. Not one of my local firms were available at 6am on a Sunday morning to take me to Annesley. DG not only took me but we're very punctual, plus the fare was cheaper than the quote. Will use again...
