I always come to this shop when i fly out. The sales guys are always friendly and approachable and have great knowledge on the products they sell. Prices are cheaper than Amazon especially Apple products so you can get a real bargain. Not sure why some people are moaning about prices that's not what I've found.

They stock quite a lot of the latest technology including headphones, cameras, laptops, smart home products, speakers, etc. The prices are usually better than the high street because it's in an airport but some items are overpriced and you can almost always get the same item cheaper online.

They say price mach???? With Amazon.. There is no real price match, a mini SD card 64gigs cost 20£ on Amazon. Same one here at Dixon's cost 55£ about, but they won't price mach even if the product is the same. Because they packed it a little different

Brought a archos neon 50f mobile phone at Dixon's Birmingham airport. After a week phone became faulty .so took it back to Currys for refund .Currys couldn't get the product code as this phone is only sold to Dixon's travel. after a week of complaining Dixon's finely emailed the product code to the Currys shop so they could issue me with a refund .bad service .if you buy from Dixon's travel and it's only sold there beware of trying to get your money back

Staff are very reluctant to advise or help if any effort is required (such as finding a working battery etc.). Very poor show.
