I ordered my TV on Good Friday - a non-working day. I thought I would contact them on the following Tuesday - first working day after Easter. I asked if all was OK with my order (just to be on the safe side). She said she would phone me back. I had to wait 2 days for a response. Informed me that delivery would take place following Thursday and I would get a phone call to confirm time.  Didn't get the phone call but did get the TV. Delivery guys waited whilst I checked the order. All in all - a good experience at a good price. Would recommend to friends.

Terrible service, waiting over 4 weeks with reschedule for the delivery which never came in the end. Wouldn't suggest at all!

Great service from RLR Distribution, best priced tv online anywhere. I saved fortune by using RLR. Special mention to Jay in deliveries a joy to deal with and great at keeping you up to date on the progress of your order. Would have no hesitation to recommend RLR distribution.

Horrifically bad service, there should be an option to give 0 stars. Ordered a tv which was a great price, then 2 weeks later (after them constantly saying that its out for delivery when it wasn't) they sent me a different and much cheaper model. I complained and they agreed to change it, however after another 2 weeks they told me that it was apparently 'damaged' so could not deliver it, so they then asked me if I wanted to keep the cheaper model and compensate me £70! I said no. Then after another week they arranged to collect the incorrect tv (which again didn't happen on the day that they promised). Finally well after a month of ordering, they have issued a refund. It has all resulted in a complete waste of time, copious amounts of stress, and many needless days taken off work so that I can be in for their deliveries and collections which never happened on any of the days which they promised. Utterly useless company who should not be allowed to trade. They never get back to you about anything, you always have to contact them to chase things up. I don't believe that they ever had the tv that I actually ordered in the first place. God help anyone who buys from this joke of a company. Oh and to top it off, after doing a bit of research (which I should have done in the first place) it shows on companycheck.co.uk that RLR Distribution is currently in liquidation, and that the director has previously had another company which has been fully dissolved.

I ordered a TV on 19/02/16 and they delivered on 26/02/16, but it was the wrong TV. In my dealings with them to get the TV collected and refunded, I became suspicious and fully cancelled the order. I have bought many items online over the last few years and the way RLR went about dealing with getting the TV returned and refunded did not appear 'normal' to me and my 'gut feeling' was that they could not be trusted. I demanded they collect the TV and process the refund by 17:00pm on 02/03/16. They collected at 12:45 on 02/03/16 but left no collection note and did not ask my wife to sign for the collection; another alarm bell rang! No refund has yet been given but I have decided not to wait, and have contacted my credit card company's fraud department. I then did some research at Companies House and found they went into liquidation on 24/11/15. STAY WELL CLEAR!
