This company produced some sweatshirt and hoddies for our local theatre and I can confirm the logos are still bright and complete over a year later. That's good enough for me. Timely, the order was ready when they said they would be, economical and hard wearing print. One point on the negative is that the sizing is not that accurate and everything came up small, except the "unisex" (which as we all know means mens) which came up big because they were based on men's sizes.

I have just ordered and received many tops for a cycling trip and the service has been great. I had short timelines and the team helped get these done within 1 week. thank you direct 4 logos everyone loved the tops and embroidery

Direct4Logos had previously supplied our business with Company t-shirts and we wanted to update them ready for a trade show. I visited their workshop on Friday 1st May and asked about new shirts - 4 of which we required for the trade show on Tuesday 12 May. I advised that I knew this was a tight turnaround, but they found our previous order, took my contact details and said that Steve would contact me that afternoon to discuss. I did not hear from Steve, so called the workshop on Tuesday 5 to check on progress. I was advised that Steve was working on it and would call me back - he did not. I called again on Thursday with the same response. Finally I called on Monday 11 and was again advised that Steve was working on it and would call me back - again he did not. Our Operations Manager went to their workshop today as we were leaving for the Trade Show - no t-shirts were available and Steve's response was - 'well we couldn't do it in the timescale'. I find it incredibly unprofessional that he did not do us the courtesy of picking up the phone - or even taking the call on any of the 4 occasions that we made contact to tell us this information If he had bothered to call me back on the Friday afternoon and explained that they could not meet the timescale then I could have sourced elsewhere. To just ignore a customer is appalling customer service. We wanted to support a local Romsey business, being one ourselves, but will now use an internet provider who are more cost effective and can deliver. There is no way to describe their approach other than appalling

don't have pe tops......not soon . not helpful. did advise to use a different shop
