Led to believe I was getting the right scooter for my son, to then find out that it can not be cut down to suit his height, after purchase. We now have a £200 scooter that cannot be used or sent back as there is a small scratch on it. The only height given is the handlebar height. How is anyone supposed to know of that is the sufficient height required??

Ordered my skates on the 31st of december, got the tracking number, still no sign of my parcel. It shows up that my parcel has been held in depot location of which is unknown. Yet the phone number was given also the address code. Dont see where the problem is

BUYER BEWARE!!

Waited nearly a month for my son's Christmas present to arrive, to be told on the 02/01/18 it's not coming at all!!

Now waiting for my refund so will update IF/WHEN it arrives

Ordered longboard wheels and bushings at cost of 70 pounds and was shown on their website as being in stock and usually use another website that had none in stock took a chance on skate uk. Seems it was a mistake as they were due for delivery Next Day ETA Tue, 1 Aug and the day they are due i get an email saying.... Upon speaking to our warehouse team, they've advised that your order became temporarily out of stock after an unexpected influx of demand. And when i contacted them they tried to say i ordered them while out of stock !! which they most definetly were not, so do not trust the website when it says things are in stock and get it by a certain date as when it does not come you get fobbed off with being told it was your fault and they seem to forget the email they sent already admitting it was in stock but their order system is useless come on guys n gals get your act together and stop treating customers badly if you dont have it in stock SAY SO instead of saying 5 left in stock then we can go elsewhere if you cant deliver on time SAY SO instead of making out you can so we can choose if we want to wait or go elsewhere before we part with our money to you 
people order next day because they WANT it next day
very disappointed in the way you run your website 
even more disappointed that you make the customer out to be at fault 
when you cant provide the service you CLAIM you provide

been 5 days from day of ordering for next day delivery  and still no delivery no update from skate uk either to let me know whats going on and my account still says processing order and delivery due tues 1 august shamefull company

They practise illegal marketing with your data and refuse to remove your details from their database. Only get rude responses and more spam. Having to go through ombudsman to get my email and credit card data removed from their system.
