Great Customer Service from Lorna Helpful, Friendly, Professional and Reliable. Saids what she is going to do and does what she said she would do - Very Refreshing ! Professional yet friendly service. I was made to feel valued as a customer and I benefitted from the huge experience of the kitchen design consultant.
My experience was different to say the least. First of all the staff did not look approachable. If their name was a day of the week it’s definitely monday. In the distance I saw a customer get turned into stone by a staff members horrible stare when approached. That could’ve been me but luckily I was just standing debating whether cottage cheese went better with wheat crackers or ryvita. The yard floor was an absolute mess with dust everywhere. It was very unfortunate that this visit I didn’t need some bags of dust as it would’ve helped them out massively! I only came in for some wood and before you know it I had to physically restrain a staff member to the ground.....think his name was Tyson? The guy wanted to know if I wanted decking for god sake I mean COME ON IM A CUSTOMER! So I took things into my own hands as I felt threatened. So will I come here again? No not until they make their tonne bags of ballast lighter as I put my back out trying to walk out of the branch with it!
A combination of quality products, plus helpful and knowledgeable staff, make this ideal for our business.
Really unhelpful staff and lack of product. Will not be returning any time soon.
