Always feel any question is a bit of a bother andp anything beyond run if the mill is too much trouble. It's a bit "take it or leave it". Quite aloof, I usually feel as if my questions are stupid and am left with the impression I am wasting time asking them. I have to pluck up courage to go in and do my research on the web before going in.

Popped in twice in the same week, both times felt like I was interrupting a conversation between the staff even though I was the only customer in there. In my experience the customer shouldn't have to say hello first to get an employee's attention. Extremely unhelpful and poor customer service.

I recently popped in looking to upgrade my phone.After a short time of looking I wanted to ask a question however the member of staff had been set on by the locals of Romsey. I honestly felt sorry for him doing his best to try and help. For those not in the know Carphone warehouse are a phone shop they will sell you phones and give you advice on what would suit you. They however are not the lead design and development team for Samsung. And to the man who asked that member of staff to redesign the the inner workings of a galaxy tab to make it do what he wanted in 5 mins you need to be a bit more humble and not tie up other people who are waiting.And to the woman who had a tantrum over having to go to Carphone warehouse in Southampton to have her phone fixed take it up with carphone warehouse don't cause a scene demanding the guy becomes harry potter and makes it all ok. It may look like a Samsung phone's super AMOLED screen was created by some divine force.But as the man said the Samsung wizard isn't working today.To sum up great helpful guys up against a tough crowd.
