I had the pleasure of dealing with Dexters on the sale of my property. It started off with a quick visit to their office where I had a in depth conversation about the market with Natalia. The next week I asked Natalia to come value my home. I wont lie I had the usual suspect estate agents come round also however Natalia was by far the most approachable and honest. Two weeks later I instructed Dexters to sell my home. The process was very smooth and I was kept up to date on what the team were doing in order to get my home sold. The feedback I received was very honest and informative. I received three offers from Dexters within the space of 3 weeks, one of which I accepted. I am now happily in my new home thanks to the team in Kingston. I cant recommend Natalia and the team enough. I will be advising my friends and colleagues to look Dexters up. Thanks again!!

I must say that Dexter’s really changed my expectations of estate agents. Natalia came over to offer the valuation and kept in touch from start to completion. The whole team acted professionally and really communicated with me. Great all round and really made my home move an enjoyable experience. Would definitely use again, a real 5 star service! Was really happy in dealing with Dexter’s in Kingston very recently in my lettings search, especially Amelia who kept me updated every step of the way on the progress of my application, referencing and when I’d receive my lettings contract. They’re very thorough and I felt I was in really good hands. Thanks again and would highly recommend :). I’d also like to add that Paul, the Senior Property Manager, has been fab in helping me with any maintenance queries and arranged for a shower pump to be installed for me within only a few days of pinpointing a niggle with the water pressure in my house. He’s really approachable and very helpful. Thanks Paul 😊.

Have been dealing with dexters for about 3 weeks now and they have been fantastic! The staff are really friendly and get back to me so fast. Our realtor (Conor H) has been amazing! Super friendly, had loads of patience for all my questions and knew what he was talking about. And he found us the perfect place for our family. 5 stars to Conor!

We bought our new property and let our old through Dexters Kingston. Overall a pleasant experience and we got the end result that we wanted. The purchase was straightforward and we also recommend their broker. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars was due to the letting of our old property not being as smooth as it could have been due to information not being communicated in a timely manner.
