What an incredible team at Dexters Surbiton. From entering the office on day 1, Hope Jones was quite unlike any estate agent I have ever encountered. Her diligence and professionalism is second to none. Having rented numerous properties before, I wasn't at all looking forward to the myriad of utterly boring tasks headed my way once again. This time however it was very different. From her captivating enthusiasm showing us around available properties to her unwavering support throughout the process she set the bar far too high for other estate agencies. She truly pushed our offers and secured us a gem of a property which we are so incredibly grateful to her for. My soon to be flatmate was in Greece for the whole process, but she effortlessly removed any ounce of stress or fear of location challenges. A special mention also to Evie who calmly and masterfully coped with the plethora of unique questions I fielded her far too often! These ladies are an absolute credit to Dexters. I will be recommending Dexters to everyone I hear is looking to rent or buy in the future. Keep it up guys!
We had a fantastic experience with Dexters Surbiton. Dexters had been recommended to us by friends who had used them previously and had been really thrilled with their results. The team at Dexters were all very professional, prompt, honest and trustworthy traits we found lacking in other Real Estate agencies we have used in the past. They were more than happy to manage everything for us from start to finish, as we were in Australia for the entirety of the process. Nothing was too much trouble even with a significant time difference and the team really went above and beyond at every step to make sure we were communicating about all aspects of the property and sale. The final outcome was actually above our expectations! The whole sales team, particularly Joshua, Nina, Jo, Chrissie and Janine were brilliant and I would highly recommend Dexters to anyone considering selling - or renting! Definitely the best in the area!
We had a great experience selling our flat through Dexters. Even with a 9 month old, they made the process as easy as possible and were flexible with meetings and viewings. Communication was great throughout with a twice weekly update. In particular I would like to thank Jess, who took time to develop a great relationship with us and our daughter and managed the sale very professionally. Dexters were absolutely excellent and got our house sold at the right price for us. Other estate agents tried to make us go lower so we just could not seem to move in the past but Dexters were the only ones that got the job done. They were highly professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Despite being in a long, complicated chain, Nina Gallagher never gave up. She chased all parties within the chain, including the solicitors. She was always easy to get hold of, always followed up on calls and emails and kept us well informed at all times. The Dexters team were also highly motivated when getting the maximum viewings for our property. They really went over and beyond for us. We are so grateful to them for all their hard work and could not recommend them more highly. You need a dedicated team like Dexters when trying to sell your house, especially in this market and they are outstanding.
Working with Hope at Dexters in Surbiton was a lovely experience. She stayed in consistent contact, pushed my offers, and always kept me in mind when receiving new inventory. Even in the current market, she always gave me her time and full attention. She is kind, honest, professional, and follows through on all of her promises. She is an absolute delight. I had a great experience with the Dexters team in Surbiton as a recent buyer. From our initial viewings, Harry and Archie were super helpful in showing us around, answering questions, and making us feel like valued potential buyers. They are a highly professional and polished bunch, while being extremely friendly and approachable. We identified the house we bought very early in our search - actually on our first visit to Surbiton - and the team kept us usefully informed of other interest as we took some time to get a feel for the area before making an offer. Archie even accommodated an after hours second viewing, which ultimately gave us the confidence to go ahead and offer. Bidding on and buying a home is stressful, but we were kept informed about what to expect throughout. Nina handled the process once our offer was accepted, and is the person at Dexters i've probably had most contact with - she is a star. It's felt like a long process and we've had a few challenges along the way; Nina has been a valuable sounding board and a sensible and reasonably facilitator as we have navigated through - helped too by some lovely sellers. Thank you Nina and team. We are delighted to have completed and be into our new home.
We sold and bought our new property through Dexters and Chrissie and her team did a superb job during the whole process. Chrissie was very friendly, professional and responsive from start to finish and she managed to get us the property we wanted. The team worked around the clock and managed to secure a lot of viewings for our old property. We managed to secure an offer very quickly. They always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell. I have not had a lot of great experiences interacting with agents in my accommodation search. However, Harry Payne at Dexters' Surbiton office was really welcoming, swift and super helpful with finding me prospects that are suitable and within my budget. I highly recommend Harry if you are looking for a space to rent. He gives great expert advice as well.
Dexters did an amazing job with the sale on our property!! From day one, we knew we were in good hands as the team went about managing the entire process. No task was ever too great or complicated for either the sales or rental team, whilst keeping all parties up to date at all times. A huge thank you to Jo, Chrissie, Jordan, Harry, Nina, Archie and the rest of the team for all your help and support to make the transaction a success.
I had a great experience selling my flat with Dexters. Josh did a great job in securing two competing offers, and when one didn't work out was able to lock in another interested party very quickly. He was able to get the highest sell price for any of the flats in my development. His teamates Jess and Harry were very responsive and helpful if Josh wasn't there to take my calls. Nina was brilliant in the closing stages, especially with getting the exchange and completion over the line, which wasn't easy due to other parties in the chain and the pressure we were under from the increasing mortgage rates. I would recommend to anyone selling their property in the Surbiton area.
