I would never recommend this agency.. it lacks a certain professionalism. We saw a flat, a beautiful place after 6, we were really interested in renting it and the lady saw that we were excited about it... even phrases like" how much do we need to give to secure the property" or " we don't want anybody to snatch it from is" or "we'll come tomorrow afternoon cause we're both working during the day" could give a hint that we really wanted to rent that place.. next afternoon when we went to start the proceedings we were told by her colleague that the flat is gone and somebody else came in and left the deposit.. I was fuming.. this type of behaviour makes me lose trust in people.. they don't care about their clients.. don't use them..

I wouldn't even give them one star if I'm honest. Rude and unhelpful, when I questioned the cleaning bill after the tenancy was over I was spoken to in the rudest manner. For somewhere with over 30 years experience, they are impolite, slow to respond to messages and complaints, and aren't useful at anything. They tried to move us out of our place early because of new tenants wanting it earlier, which to me shows they don't care about their tenants. I would never recommend them.

Extremely rude both in person and via email once we had signed the contract, hired a cleaner towards the end of our tenancy that stole some of our belongings including an iPhone, when confronted about it the denied and defended them. If the landlord had not been cc'd in an email they would have never been polite. We will never use this agency again and advise anyone else not to.
