Fantastic experience working with Edward and team over the past year! I highly recommend Cocoon. They provide a very personal service taking time to help you through the letting process and assisting with any questions along the way. The level of service has been great both before letting the property and during the letting. They are always available to answer questions as needed and respond very quickly to emails. Cocoon is the only company I would work with in Kingston. Plus their fees cannot be beaten!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Cocoon. The agent was knowledgeable, communicative and very customer service oriented. I viewed the property in question twice and Cocoon were very flexible and accommodating. I would be happy to recommend Cocoon based on my experience.

Very good service and hand held, as promised until the tenant crossed the threshold. Always happy to help post placement too. Great service at a super price. This puts them ahead of the pack.

Superb!!!! Very highly recommended. I contacted Cocoon as I wanted a local estate agent to help me sell my house, but I didn't want to pay the high percentages that the 'big boys' do. Edward Gray came to our house, gave his honest valuation and expectations (which matched the other 3 companies we had previous quotes from) and offered us a commission rate that was half of what the others wanted to charge. He then took some nice vibrant professional photos of the house and wrote a nice blurb for the website and got a professional draughtsman to draw the floor plan. Within 24 hours our house was live on the Internet (inc. Rightmove and Zoopla) and within 48 hours we already had viewings arranged. Edward showed the potential buyers round and we got an offer which matched the sales price. From then on everything continued along smoothly and we had sold, exchanged and completed all within 10 weeks. Edward undertook all of the negotiations and handled all communications between us and our buyers. I would certainly recommend Cocoon to family and friends and if needed I would use them again in the future, though with Edwards excellent expedient skills we managed to buy the house of our dreams nice and quickly!
