Save your money and go elsewhere! After seeing endless posts on their Facebook page leading up to Easter regarding Betsy the Easter bunny we visited in the pouring rain with 5 other adults and 3 children on Good Friday. We firstly walked around the model village, had a look inside the train, queued for the train rides and made ourselves available for two of the meet and greet times with Betsy. We asked a member of staff where she would be and was told us to walk around to find her. Now seeing as the first lot of activities took us 30 minutes and you can walk around the whole place in 5 minutes and it turns out Betsy just didn’t like the rain! Poor no show! The £50+ entrance fee left us feeling like we had been fleeced and the children were very disappointed not to have seen Betsy! Really really disappointed and would not recommend to anyone! Go elsewhere!

A lovely day out with wonderful train trips, play areas and the gorgeous model Town setup. We were particularly impressed with the indoor soft play structure which was a bit different and kept my son amused for ages!

A very good day out. A nice relaxing environment and not too busy. Interesting bits to look at and plenty to do for a good 4 hours or more. My only criticism would be the fact that having paid a fair amount to get in, a couple of the rides then have to be paid for. However, they are not too much at 50p a go. The food in the cafe was good, not cheap but not over priced. I would recommend as a good place to go with kids. My 3 year old loved it.
