Story

Diggerland is The Ultimate Adventure Theme Park Experience where children and adults alike can ride, drive and operate REAL diggers, dumpers and other full- size construction machinery. Located in Kent, Devon, Durham and Yorkshire, Diggerland is the perfect destination for action, fun and thrill packed family days out.

Fun for all ages (subject to height restrictions), Diggerland with its 20 different rides and drives and an array of additional activities is the ideal theme park for small to large groups looking for something exciting and truly unique. Get to grips with real JCBs and 180/360 excavators, take a head-reeling turn or two on the Spindizzy, rise to lofty heights and enjoy the views on the Skyshuttle, enjoy an off-road ride on the Groundshuttle, or have a go on the Dodgems and Go-Karts!

There are indoor and outdoor play areas, sandpits, coin operated rides and much more where younger visitors can let off steam while their parents can just sit back, relax and watch the fun… or join in!

All parks boast a Diggerland Goodie Store where visitors can mark their day with a memorable souvenir as well as buy gifts, toys and other merchandise, and there are cafeterias that offer a wide selection of hot and cold snacks, meals and beverages. Picnic tables are located in the grounds for those who prefer to bring their own packed lunches.

The Diggerland parks have lots to offer for all the family. The parks are aimed at children between 4 and 14 years of age, however we have many visitors of all ages enjoying a great day out

My Boy loved it here, But and and a BIG BUT! OH MY DAYS THE COST to get in is way overpriced neon £20 each person over 90cm, and we done every ride in 1 1/2 hours. Great place great staff, but not much to do when you have done everything as one digger is the same controls as all the other diggers.

Costs the same to enter for a 2 year old as it does for an adult. Then the 2 year old was not tall enough to go on all the rides/attractions. Surely there should be graded pricing dependent on age/size!! Also, quite a few of the staff cover multiple attractions so if they were busy on one, they would not let you on the other one they were responsible for. Three members of staff were also very miserable, almost like they are doing you a favour letting you on their attraction! This wasn't all the staff though. If it cost £10 to enter this wouldn't be so bad, but for £20 even for the two year old, its poor. I certainly won't be going again and I will be encouraging others to stay away.

Had a great day today at Diggerland! It is quite expensive but given the running cost I think this should be expected. Only a couple of paid for rides but these are aimed at the really young ones that don't pay to get in. The staff to a person were lovely and my three year old, 7 year old and 38 year old (godfather) had a great day. Only reason for not getting five stars was the outdoor play area is very tired looking and the food while being fairly priced was standard burger grub, but to be fair we were there to dig not dine out!

Great for small children, limiting when weather is poor. Expensive for what is available, however child I accompanied thoroughly enjoyed his afternoon out. Awkward entrance when driving, however the child enjoyed it although wasn't happy about the digger rides that were extra to pay for when paid a steep price to go I'm
