Story

The Derbyshire Off Road Centre is an authorised Honda off road dealer for Honda motocross bikes, Honda endure bikes and Honda kids bikes. As well as being a Honda dealer, the Derbyshire ORC is also a registered Can-Am dealer; stocking Can-Am Sport and Utility ATVs.
Not only do we stock motocross bikes and quads, but we are one of only a few authorised distributors of Troy Lee Designs, whilst also stocking Oakley, One Industries, Alpine Stars and many more brands.

I have recently purchased a bike from Tim, it was generally a good experience. The bike is great however the guy delivering the bike couldn't handle the weight of it EXC-f 350 and my wife had to help him with unloading the bike I was at work. The guys are sometimes slow or don't to respond to emails, I have to assume they are busy but it would be nice to get a response when asking for a price on parts.
Just brought a new KTM 300 EXC from Tim at Derbyshire Off Road, great price, service and advice. Tim even got the bike set up with my company graphics. Highly recommend a visit.
Sent a message through E-bay, no reply. I'm buying a brand new Ski, circa £16K all in and they clearly can't be bothered. Will contact Seadoo directly to complain - that said, having read the rest of these reviews i'm glad they didn't respond, as they are clearly worth avoiding. Use at your own risk.
Ordered a winch last year and they sent me the wrong one which took 4 month to finally get it resolved then after returning it 2 months ago I still haven't received a refund just keep getting told this week. Terrible customer service be wary buying off Ben at derbyshire off road or drop the hammer
*****5 star***** I went down and picked up two new bikes from Tim and Ben, both incredibly polite and helpful throughout the process. When I was in store and looking to kit the bikes out they made sure I was looked after and had everything in stock ready to go. 100% recommend getting in touch as they are competitive on price and trustworthy.
Went in a few weeks ago to have a look at ATV's as I've been wanting one for a while, and was approached by Rick, we had a good chat and a laugh, while viewing the selection of Quads, the model I had been looking at wasn't there and told Rick what make and model I wanted, he instantly told me how long it'd take to be delivered, how much it costs, the pros and cons of the model, and how long it takes to get the parts, if anything should happen to it, thanked him for informing me about the quad I was after, shook hands and went home to think it over. Gave Rick a call last week to ask him to order me one, he checked availability and sure enough it'd be with them in the time frame he told me, so I went up and paid the man the deposit, and said he'd keep me updated, and like he said, he has been, and now ready to pick up my ATV this week. LONG REVIEW I KNOW, but what I experienced was no pressure sales in a laid back atmosphere, informed by knowledgable, understanding and attentive staff, who can't do enough for you, all in all, a 5 star experience.
Today I received an eBay via eBay after they took my order but then contacted me to say they can’t deliver until after lockdown. This purchase is or was a gift from my girlfriend for my 50th next week so I was a little frustrated that there still selling on eBay although they can’t deliver. Happy to take your money. Today they called me petty as it is their decision to close. My argument is turn of your online shop but they just want to argue with you! Unprofessional, not called for and won’t ever be making a purchase from them again. Just happy I didn’t buy my dukes from them. Sorry not at all impressed with their attitude

Travelled an hour from Knutsford with grandson to look around and purchase a dirt bike. As we didn’t have an appointment we were not allowed in. However through the door we could see there was no other customer inside. They have no idea of customer service and deserve to fail. Not recommended.
QUAD BIKES R US ARE MUCH BETTER! They helped me even though I didnt even buy it from them!! Overpriced rude and untrustworthy pieces of s**t.. I buy a 2016 YFZ 450R SE, it get’s delivered to me and it’s lookin like it was road on the tracks the night before! The battery was flat out as well and the bike didn’t rode correct. It only had one key, they try tell me it was too expensive to change the barrel to give you two keys so go get a key cut from the shop. There were scratches on fairings. I called up Amy the same week! She apologised for the bike not being cleaned and sent a battery fair enough.. My back break has now seized, I took it two garages and they are all like why werent these brakes changed before? They screws have seized now and I have to buy a back brake! I phone Derbyshire and they’re like you have to bring the quad here if you want us to help. I told him im from Birmingham why would I drive all that way when I’ve taken it to 3 garages and theres even a yamaha shop by me and they all said the same thing? This guy said oh well unless it’s here we cant help you I said I dont need your help I’ve had 3 garages tell me the same thing and I don’t think he’s going to be a better mechanic than all them even Yamaha garage. I told him I want a new one sent out he said nope can’t help you should of just rejected the quad on delivery. I told him Amy said anything let them know and they’ll sort it as it was obvious the quad has not been thoroughly checked and cleaned before deivery. Absolute Jokers, dont buy from them. Furthermore this guy who answered today, told me the brake pads have seized because you been doing wheelies, I told him how can ou even assume i’ve been doing wheelies? This is my first quad why would I be wheeling so soon.
