Quite an average B&M. Unfortunately the staff let it down. Poor customer service, more interested in talking to each other or to friends in the queue than the actual customer they’re serving

The woman on customer service gave a masterclass on bad customer service. I went in with a refund she never once acknowledged me or asked why I was returning the item or if I wanted a replacement. Spending time chatting to a workmate about how you think the shop won't be open much longer rather than focusing on the job you're supposed to be doing.

Well stocked with the usual bargains! Very fri ndly and helpful staff!

Friendly staff and lots of bargains.  Always changing stock so you can't get same things regularly

If you want a bargain for low prices try this shop out. Not always top quality products but lots of great things that can be bought on a budget. Staff are friendly and always ready for a chat
