Don't think they want any business here!! Want to re-floor 5 rooms. Also a kitchen at another property. This is in laminate previously bought from them. They looked through previous orders and we decided it must have been ordered in sheffield. Really wanted to order it today but no offer to contact sheffield to find out. Means I have to find time to get into sheffield and order it from them!!!! Wanted a sample of laminate and a couple of linos for us. Asked a man sat at the desk who didn't seem happy at being disturbed. He replied that they don't do samples and I'd have to order them online myself - end of conversation! No offer to help write down any product codes or take an interest in what I needed - we are going to re-floor our whole house!!!!!! I remembered sheffield store had recently organised a sample for my daughter - this is the laminate i wanted to order today. I returned to say this. He then said he would order them!!!! Think I'll go to another store and probably not carpet right. Hopefully, they will help me save time trying to organise reflooring the house - not easy when working long hours full time.
