Fantastic staff, go above and beyond to help you.

We sold our house through Delamere  and Michael could not have been more helpful. He researched the area our house was in and helped us settle on a sensible price then marketed our house locally and through contacts in London - where our buyers eventually came from. Michael continued to be helpful, chasing up queries on our behalf with the solicitors further up our chain and really making sure we were informed every step of the process. We have recommended Delamere to our friends and family who have been looking to sale and would recommend them to anyone looking for property help to buy, let or sell.

Dealt with Delamere for over 4 years and always found them helpful. Staff are very good with Rob, Doug and Michael being particularly helpful during office hours and even during closed evening times. Used them both as my letting agents and sold property through them. Would recommend them to anyone.

I would also 0 rate this firm...My disabled mum's fences have been damaged since last year and in the high winds in January they came down completely. All I get is promises and still nothing done. My mum as also had constant problems with her heating, and the boiler is locating in the attic, so no way she can get to it. I reported a week ago that she as been without heating or hot water and nothing...emails ignored and phone calls are fobbed off, Doug doesent even answer his mobile or answer the texts I have sent. Twice the council have had to threaten them before anything as got done and I will be going down this route for a third time. This is a letting agent with apparently no power where their landlords are concerned , or they are extremely lazy or both. Avoid this letting agent like the plaque and don't believe anything 
that comes out of their mouths!!!!!
Their mission statement reads like a fairy tale!!!!!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Have been dealing with Delamere for almost 3 years, mostly with Doug. To say that Doug is inept would be an understatement. In general, the firm is lacklustre and unhelpful. Doug specifically goes out of his way to make promises he then fails to keep, is uncommunicative and generally a waste of space. This firm are so inadequate and so unbelievably lazy that getting them to sort a single thing out takes weeks, if not months, because of their lazy, moronic attitudes. I am a conveyancer, I deal with estate agents every day, this is the worst, most diabolical agency I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with and unfortunately they are the ones who are supposed to help when things go wrong here, which they frequently do!! Avoid this firm at all costs, and never, ever take Doug at his word, he is a full-blown liar.

Dealt with Delamere for about 5/6 years now, they've always been helpful to me. Rob and Doug are always good, Courtney is a star ....always nagging me but a star !
