Wonderful service from the team at Charles Orlebar who create great informative ads for the homes they put on sale, including realistic photos and videos. Service right through from viewing to completion was proactive, efficient, compassionate and friendly. I had the pleasure of George & Liz helping with a recent house purchase and if I were to re market in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to list with them. Would absolutely recommend Charles Orlebar to anyone. We had the wonderful Liz and George deal with our house sale and the whole thing went swimmingly. The photography and video done by George were absolutely immaculately presented and made the house look so nice I didn't want to sell it!! Liz kept us up to date regularly and has a lovely warm manner and professional approach to selling houses, you don't just feel like another client on the books. A true friendship was made during the sale of our home! From the first visit to value our home to handing over the keys on day of completion nothing was too much trouble. George was proactive during the sale of our home offering advice and support, he was at all times professional and made us feel truly valued. Professional and efficient; this agent acted for the buyer in my recent house purchase. Definatley did a good job at showing me around the house and handling the transaction. Very approachable team.
Very poor response we had the first viewing on a rented house which we liked so went through all the hassle off sending all the documents etc but apparently we have to wait for the landlord to choose who they want in there house which seems strange but then get told we didn’t get the house as another couple beat us too it even tho we had the first viewing also very poor response trying to contact the lettings office as all u get told … we will get her to call u back which never really does so would never recommend trying to get a letting property’s from these
Terrible experience and customer service. We have tried to arrange a viewing of a property and all they said was "we will forward that to the team" without contacting us for WEEKS. In addition to that, we went to their office and no one was there to assist us either, but guess what, the gentleman there said they'll forward it to the "team", which is apparently non-existent judging by how they handled the situation so far. The story continues when we called again about another property and they came up with the same reply which I wasn't suprised by. To this day the properties I talked about are still available on RightMove and noone came back to us. Complete waste of time and effort. Never again. Organization ZERO, customer care ZERO.
