Sold our house through Connell's ladies were good quick to come round to do pictures and information for getting our house online. Didn't take too long to get offers and a buyer, sold within 7 months. Just slacking slightly on updates & chasing for information with regard to the buyers. Otherwise, staff friendly.

I have bought house on 30/11/22 from Connels in Rushden. Many thanks to manager Kelly and Rabia who helped me a lot by accelerating the process with Vendor solicitors. I was in a difficult position being a first time buyer with a credit history which wasn’t so good. Richard Munday broker made everything so simple and smooth and I’ve had an offer approved all thanks to him and his hard work, I highly recommend him. Poor customer service. Incredibly pushy and unprofessional. Essentially spam called me over 10 times - I had to ask for my data to be removed. I had already agreed to  viewing with one member of staff, but another member of staff from the same branch was pursuing me as well? Which didn't feel right.

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had. I spoke to Richard who was unbelievably rude, there was no support for a first time buyer. Just kept huffing and puffing at me, making comments and when asked what I spend a month on certain things he would make a sarcastic comment to imply I was lying. Complete waste of time if your a first time buyer!

Excellent experience selling our property with the team at Connells Rushden. Property sold immediately and completed quickly with the help of Kelly and Grace. They were there to answer our many questions and kept us updated throughout the journey. Their knowledge and experience in the market is unrivalled and we wouldn't hesitate to use Connells again in the future. During what is usually a stressful experience we were made to feel relaxed and in the best hands.
