I had a fantastic experience at Debra’s in Chigwell, the clothing, the ambiance, the service! Absolutely fantastic! To my surprise, the items exceeded my expectations and I left with amazing purchases. The customer service here is wonderful, all the staff are very helpful and friendly, I was served by Stephanie who was so kind from beginning to end! Honestly I cannot wait to revisit the store! I’d recommend everyone to shop at Debra’s.

Having visited many shops with my mother to find her a dress for my wedding is stressful but the second I walked in to Debra it has been an experience I haven’t witnessed before. Nancy and her team were absolutely fantastic with the service they provided. They were able to cater to all of our needs and made this experience extremely satisfying and left us walking out with a huge smile on our face after having bought the perfect dress for my mum. I am so happy to have discovered Debra Chigwell! Amazing selection of dresses, so unique and such good quality. I received endless comments on my dress. Fantastic customer service too, staff were so helpful, friendly and professional.
Wonderful service from start to finish. Was looking for a dress for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah and Simone knew exactly what type of dresses would suit me. She wasn’t pushy at all and made some suggestions of ways to tweak the dress slightly so it was most flattering. I will be back in a few years when it’s my younger daughter’s big day.
I'm delighted that I have found Debra in Chigwell. This lovely Ladies shop is a real gem and I won't be shopping anywhere else in future. Debra and her team are really attentive and will help you find the perfect outfit whatever your size and height. I originally found this shop via the reviews on Google and it was such a relief to be able to shop locally and not have to trawl through the endless shops at Westfield and find nothing that appealed to me. I'm petite in size and find it hard to find clothes that fit well but Debra and her team really did work hard to find the right thing for me. Definitely, one of the best shopping experiences I have had.
What a lovely shopping experience from start to finish! Helen was very patient and so lovely to deal with as was everyone else in the shop. I will definitely be back again and can't wait to wear my dress!
