They are tailored professionally and to suit every woman's body shape, with each piece available to be worn in many different ways so you can get a lot of wear out of them. My only challenge - 'what do I purchase next?' as there are so many wonderful, beautiful clothes in your collection! Dresses look lovely on the site but they are not the same when you receive them. My college recommended this site to me she bought one set that was correct in sizing. Unfortunately 5 dresses there after she sent back because your marketing and quality are incorrectly displayed on your site. Regardless of this I decided to order one of your pieces and when I received it I was disappointed because it looked nothing like it did on your model. It was obviously pinned up. The quality was disappointing despite you charging £100 for this dress? On top of all of this you charged me 3.95 to return this item? I will never be ordering from this company and neither will my colleagues. All your pieces look fantastic on your website but they do not live up to expectation when received. Such a pity as could be a fantastic site if you actually invested the money it to making the quality of your pieces look as they do on the website.
I ordered a dress from the website from the outlet, luckily it was only £49 plus the postage. The size was not right, so returned, and was quite shocked to see they charge £3.99 for returns, doesn't really make sense why it costs more than delivery. I ordered another dress, thought I'd give it another try, it came extremely creased. This dress was on sale too, but to be honest, not even the sale price justifies the poor quality. I have seen NFD ads on my social media for years, so was really looking forward to finally owning a dress, but there is no way I am spending any more money on any items. Very poor quality, overpriced, never again.
Never Fully Dressed is my favourite fashion brand of all time. I finally found a brand that allows me to feel like myself. I feel confident in the clothes and feel like I’m wearing something that represents me rather than just wearing clothes for the sake of it. Fashion is fun again and it genuinely brighten my day. I loved the Preloved and loyalty elements too. They really do seem to think of everything. Love love love!
I absolutely love this brand! I have three dresses from them and every time I wear them, I get THE MOST compliments… I swear these dresses have a magical power or something. I am obsessed with the color, the designs, and the dresses I do have are good quality. I also love the size inclusion. recommend!!! ‍
I recently bought the pink and red Kate midi dress and wore it to my friend’s wedding. It was the most comfortable dress to wear and I felt fabulous in it. Loads of people complimented me on my dress. I can’t wait to wear it again and will definitely be buying more NFD items. Love the style and prints. Thank you. Ann
Really disappointed with quality of dress received & customer service. Paid £100 for a dress that arrived poorly packaged, incredibly creased, had a hole in it & greasy finger marks on it. Contacted NFD via the live chat who refused to offer an exchange. I had to return & reorder or accept the dress with a minimal mark down. So disappointed as the style & colour of the dress with great. Really wanted to love Never Fully Dressed!
It's not just that the styles are so fresh and different from anything else, it's not just that they cater for all sizes, it's not just the fabulous fit and quality... It's all of this AND the fact they have a team of truly brilliant stylists and support people on chat all around the clock pretty much. They are the warmest friendliest and most knowledgeable people around on all things NFD. I don't think twice to ask for style advice and help finding what I'm looking for. They are so patient and always come up with great suggestions. Always a very happy customer.
It’s such a shame. The clothes look beautiful but the quality is surprisingly poor. I’ve had one dress that fit well but every other item I’ve ordered hasn’t been as nice. The sizing is also way off on some of their items. AND you have to pay for your returns!?
Brilliant dresses and great service. I needed a dress for a wedding and the style team helped me find it. Shipping to Europe was simple as was the returns process for the one which did not fit. It was a stunning dress and I would not have found it without their help.
