Went to return an online item which was processed ok and the assistant was nice once eventually served. Upon arriving to the queue, she was too busy having a chat with the lady and very slow with that transaction. She knew we were waiting! Management Russ so oblivious and need to take action. They can chat at break time!

Went to buy some trainers  all the staff was very friendly and helpful they checked the stock I wanted and Aimee assisted at the till made me feel special . For the whole team you are doing a great  job keep it up I will recommend you all

I phoned up this branch as wanted to check stock before going down to store and the phone just rings with no answer 10 times i phoned with out anyone taking the call and when i went into the branch the phone was ringing with no one answering so i know that was the same situation for me, While in store the manager went missing with the till keys for 15 mins and someone shouted out hes in the toilet being sick from being on it ?? Give this branch a miss.

Selection is a bit thin on the ground. I found some Adidas bottoms I like but were priced at £70. I thought it was a bit too much and checked the Adidas website....£50. I think JD are trying their luck with them as they also priced at €60.... Not sure how that works.

RUDE, SLOW & UNINTERESTED. I have been in here twice now and regretted it both times. If you ask any member of staff for assistance or a shoe size that is different to what is on display it is like draining blood from a stone. The music is atrocious and makes the whole experience ten times worse. When you finally get to the till you have to wait in a herd like form whilst the till staff seem baffled by every purchase the people in front are making, requiring the manager for every sale. It is like a scene from Tropic Thunder with the staff using radios to speak to each other when around 10 feet away.  If they put as much effort into actually working as they do rapping along to the dreadful rave like music then this place would be deserving of a five star review.

You can find all sports shoes, a very nice and beautiful place

I went in to pick up a delivery, the staff were so lovely, they really had trouble trying to find the order, but didn't give up , even after half hour. Thank you loughton jd

Excelent prices and very helpful staff. I will most defiantly return here as it was the best JD I’ve been in so far. Keep up the good work guys

Found what I was looking for. I casually browsed at my leisure. The staff were on hand if we needed help but weren't pushy or in your face. They had a great range of clothing and it was an enjoyable experience.

Great staff, was very down as came out of hospital, but to be greeted and served with such politeness from the lady at the door and at the till, put a smile on my face
