Zap said they sent "numerous emails" asking for a picture of my license. I never received any emails from them and why would I send a picture of my license through the internet to another country? After 9 days of not receiving shipping confirmation and asking for a refund, I did a charge back through my credit card. Zap emailed me telling me to remove the charge back because they shipped the items and the shipping number is.....wait for it....... there was no shipping number. It was blank. Now Zap disputed the charge back saying that they shipped the item but they did not prove it to my credit card company. Zap claimed that the item was shipped and I failed to respond to their emails. I will surely win this dispute but LISTEN TO THE MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE AND AVOID THEM. THAT SALE ITEM YOU WANT ISNT WORTH IT. IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TO HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING TO ZAP. NIGHTMARE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER ONLINE RETAILERS THAT ARE TRUSTED WITH THE SAME SALES. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
Ordered twice from zap clothing and i would recommend,good fast delivery and emails sent with updates . Will buy again
Online customer service is horrendous lost my parcel worth £404 now still have no refund one month on. Jokers use end clothing
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased a pair of shoes from Zap Clothing just four months ago and the soles of the shoes are literally breaking in half. The Zap Clothing rep adamantly denied any resolve. Further, they made false claims by saying they checked with the brand/designer on the issue and it was “my doing.” Come to find out, Zap is NOT an authorized retailer and the brand I purchased does not guarantee AUTHENTICITY of the product. Very well could be counterfeit. Horrible product & customer service. Save your money.
Fendi Jumper sent out with hole in armpit. Never worn however I did undo the tags as I didn’t want to damage the item as I put it on Sent it back and they returned it back to myself with no explanation. Very poor from start to finish Stay away
Wouldnt have even given it half a star should there have been an option to do so. Absolute cow boys, appalling customer services, accused me of something which wasnt true. Not going let these thieves get away with this one...daylight robbery. You will be hearing from my solicitors on this one, will spend 10 times the amount if needed to get justice, absolute con artists and no consideration for the law. Avoid at all costs!
Not a company to deal with. Spent thousands with them sent back a pair of shoes once that were tracked and signed for and apparently they never got delivered even with the staff members name signing it. Lost out on the shoes and the money. Scam artists.
The staff were really helpful and friendly, they offered to pull items from other stores as I had missed the sale in this store. I will definitely be shopping here again soon.

SCAM COMPANY! I ordered a t shirt 2 weeks ago when my order arrived i opened the package to discover the item was not inside??? inside the box was some tissue paper and a plastic bag NOT the £600 t shirt i ordered. I raised this issue to them and they denied the claim and said there is nothing they can do! So not I am down 600 pounds! My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs, save your money and buy what you need elsewhere.
